  6. And he’s done it.. 200 miles across Great Britain and joint first place, retaining his crown from last year. He finished in a time of 47 hours and 6 minutes, finishing jointly with Spencer Bunn. Well done Neil Rutherford, another huge achievement from a brilliant athlete.

  8. Rachel Newstead as been training with us here at Improve my Running. Its all coming together, and she scooped up a win at the Dundee DRAM marathon this weekend. It was hot and windy conditions, so not an easy day out, but a great result for her.

  9. Aisling from Improve my Running successfully completed the Highland Fling 53 mile ultra marathon in April. The Highland Fling takes in beautiful scenery along the West Highland Way from Milngavie to Tyndrum, along the beautiful shores of Loch Lomond. Well done Aisling!

  10. We are really excited about Richard Meade’s achievement at the Edinburgh marathon. Richard had been struggling with injuries before coming to see us, and had been training towards the marathon. He came in 5th place with a time of 2.38. Well done Richard!!
